This notice describes the website and booking services of Thrillers Mobile VR LLC.

Planning your event

Our booking form asks for the adult organizer's name, email and event date, plus any phone number, event type, location and message you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your request and arrange the event. A city or venue is enough for an initial inquiry; we can arrange detailed logistics with you later.

For a children's event, provide a headcount and approximate age ranges. Please do not send children's names, dates of birth, medical details or other personal identifiers through this form.

Hosting, booking records and email

Cloudflare hosts this site and the booking service. When the booking database is configured, customer and booking records are stored in Cloudflare D1 for our event workflow. Booking requests and confirmation messages are sent through Resend to the organizer and our designated booking or support recipients. Records may also remain in those mailboxes.

Cloudflare handles technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Resend's privacy policy.

Payments

When we send a payment or invoice link, Stripe handles payment collection. Our event system records invoice identifiers, amounts and payment status. Do not put card numbers in the booking form. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Fonts, performance and browser storage

This site requests fonts from Google Fonts when a page opens. Google receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide page-load and performance measurements when enabled by the hosting configuration. This is distinct from advertising pixels. Browser storage used by the site's visual theme controls supports appearance preferences.

Use only the optional booking fields you need. To ask about access to your information, a correction, deletion or how long records are kept, contact [email protected] or call (904) 885-1774. We will review your request and any recordkeeping needs that apply.
